Thelma V. Slack, 75, of East Ridge, died Sunday, Aug. 24, 2003, in a local hospital.
She was had been a lifelong resident of the Rossville and Chattanooga areas. Miss Slack was a member of East Ridge Baptist Church and the Naomi Sunday School Class. She was retired from Quaker Oats after 32 years of service.
Survivors are two sisters, Abbie S. Jones, East Ridge, Annie S. Geyer, Rossville; and several nieces and nephews.
Services will be 2 p.m. Wednesday in the funeral home chapel with Dr. Ronnie Mitchell and the Rev. J.L. Sharpe officiating.
Interment in Tennessee-Georgia Memorial Park.
Visitation will be 2-9 p.m. today at Heritage Funeral Home, Battlefield Parkway.
