Billy Ray Mullican

Funeral for Billy Ray Mullican, 67, of Decatur will be Wednesday at 1 p.m. at Shelton Funeral Home with Charles Stidham and Jimmy Clark officiating.

Burial will be in Burningtree Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends tonight from 6 to 8 at the funeral home.

Mr. Mullican died Sunday, April 13, 2003, at Decatur General Hospital. He was born Feb. 15, 1936, in Decatur to William J. Mullican and Ola Rose Mullican. He was the owner of Mullican Sheet Metal. He was a member of the Elks Lodge, Eagles and VFW. He was the brother of the late Ozella Annie Woodall.

Survivors include his wife, Patricia B. Mullican, one daughter, Angela Mullican Hitt of Decatur; two brothers, John Mullican and Jack Mullican, both of Decatur; four sisters, Maureen Walden, Myrtle Chenault and Inez Pace, all of Decatur; and Evelyn Tidwell of Athens.

Pallbearers will be nephews.
