Dr. Cigrand, who died Sunday in Copley Memorial hospital, Aurora, was past commander of the Roosevelt Aurora post, No. 84, American Legion, and past president of the Fox Valley Dentists society and the Lions club of Aurora. He once was a Northwestern university football player and later a football official.
