"Mrs. Ida May Allred, 68, a pioneer resident of Glenwood, died Saturday at Hillcrest General Hospital.
She was the wife of John T. Allred, rancher and merchant of Glenwood.
She was born in the mining town of Cooney and was a life long resident of Catron County.
Besides her husband, surviving are three sons, Edward and Corin of Glenwood; and Dr Dallas Allred, Rosewell; seven grandchildren; a brother, John Anderson, Miami AZ; and a sister Mrs Annie Phillips, Globe AZ.
Funeral services were held in the Glenwood Community Church with the Rev A B Cavenough officiating. Burial was in the family plot on the Allred ranch near Glenwood under the direction of Curtis mortuary.
