Letha F. Adang, passed on to her highly earned reward at the age of 81, on Wednesday, April 09, 2008 with her family at her side and in the warm and comforting care of the Visiting Nurse and Hospice Home. She retired from General Telephone as Staff Secretary in 1983 after 21 years of service and was a member of St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church and the Rosary Sodality. She was a former long time volunteer at the Embassy Theater. She was a loving person, supportive and comforting to all who knew her. Those who knew her well, loved and respected her for her wisdom and loving care. She was a "class act."

She is survived by her husband of almost 60 years, Lee Adang; daughter, Susan (Michael) Yates; son, Gary Lee Adang; grandsons, Patrick (Kelly) Yates, Daniel T. Yates; great-granddaughter, Cecilia Elizabeth Yates; sisters, Bonnie Riecken and Ireta (Richard) Hollingsead and many great nieces and nephews and their spouses. She was preceded in death by parents, C. Everett & Fern Bainbridge and sister, Lela Ewing.

Mass of Christian Burial is 10:30 a.m. Saturday at St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church with calling 1 hour prior. Msgr. John Suelzer officiating. Calling also 2 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday at D.O. McComb & Sons Maplewood Park Funeral Home, 4017 Maplecrest Rd. with Rosary at 4 p.m. Friday. Entombment in Catholic Cemetery.
