Funeral services for Delmas Bartlett, 22, who died Thursday at his residence, 591 Central Avenue, {another publication states "died in local hospital"} will be held in the chapel of Hart's Mortuary at 3 p.m. Saturday. The Rev. Jess Wilcoxson will officiate and burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery. Pallbearers will be J. P. Hobby, Bobby Judd, Windell Ward, Howard Spann, Robbie Souther and Carl Spillers. Mr. Bartlett was a lifelong resident of Bibb County, the son of W. E. Bartlett and Mrs. Mary Pitts Bartlett. He was associated with Day's Clothing Company. Surviving are his wife, the former Miss Connie Leverett of Macon; his parents, Mr. and Mrs. W. E. Bartlett of Macon; three sisters, Mrs. T. E. Anderson and Mrs. J. M. Dennis of Macon, and Mrs. Wayne Comer of Ft. Knox; three brothers, Joseph W. Bartlett of Griffin, Charles E. Bartlett and Everette L. Bartlett of Macon.
