Winston E. Bell, 69, of Las Vegas died Sunday in a local hospital. He was born May 11, 1933, in Texas. A resident for 54 years, he was a retired legal counselor, a Korean War Navy veteran, a member of the Elks and Veterans of Foreign Wars.
He is survived by his wife, Antoinette; one daughter, Wendy Bell of Oregon; and one son, Scott Bell of Texas.
Visitation is scheduled 5-7 p.m. Friday in Palm Mortuary, 1325 N. Main St. Services will be 1 p.m. Saturday in Palm Chapel, Main. Burial will follow in Palm Valley View Memorial Park.
