Our beloved, eternal wife, mother, and grandmother, Donna Mae G. Blair, age 69, passed away at her home early morning Wednesday, March 20, 1996, from complications due to ALS (Lou Gehrig's Disease).

DONNA MAE G. BLAIR was born April 13, 1926 Park City, Utah. Married to DON CHARLES BLAIR in the Salt Lake Temple, April 24, 1946.

Survived by her husband Don and her three loving children, GARY, KATHY and JANET. Son Gary and wife Kathi (Gaisford) Blair and their three children, Tiffany Ann Blair Murphy (husband Rick), great-granddaughter, Alex. Rachelle Blair Thatcher (husband Eric), C.J. Blair, grandson. Daughter Kathy Mae Blair Postma and husband Steve and their five children, Tami Postma, granddaughter, Blair Steven Postma, grandson (wife Heidi). Trish Postma, granddaughter, Lisa Postma, granddaughter, Mandy Postma, granddaughter. Daughter, Janet Blair Kaye and husband Bruce of Sacramento, Calif. and their two children Jennifer Kaye, granddaughter, John Barcroft Kaye, grandson.

Through the years she was active in many local, church and civic organizations. PTA president, "Jaycee-ettes'" president, Murray Women's Club, IPPA of America certificate recipient. She taught Primary for 16 years, Stake Primary Board, Sunday School organization for 25 years, second counselor in Primary, Relief Society, Spiritual Living teacher, Cultural Refinement. Serving on the Relief Society presidency was her most enjoyable calling, as service to others was Mom's greatest joy.

Mom continued to be proud of the family business that continues to flourish today under the capable hands of her son, Gary, Master Photographer C.R.

Mom worked 50 consecutive years serving the community. April, 1996, she and husband Don would have celebrated 50 years of marriage and 50th Anniversary of Don Blair Photography. One of her finest triumphs was surviving the studio fire of 1987 and that same year receiving the National Award of Merit from the Professional Photographers of America.

"My inspiration and love for photography comes from my beautiful, dear wife Donna, who has been at my side for over fifty years. She has been my very best friend, business partner and the single greatest influence in my life. She will never realize how many lives she has touched and how she has enriched my own." Her eternal partner, Don C. Blair.

Mom's greatest joy and love was her husband Don, children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She loved all her friends, neighbors and all those who loved her so much and watched over her.

Mom is preceded in death by her sister, Diane Galli, her father, Lewis Leonard Galli, Gladys B. Blair, George M. Blair.

Donna is survived by her mother, Florence Edwards Galli, brother, Jay (wife Mary Jane) Galli, sister, Ann Galli Drury (husband Pete) sister, Karen Galli Noel (husband Frank).

Viewing Jenkins-Soffe Mortuary, 4760 South State Street, Sunday, March 24, 1996, 5-8 p.m. Funeral services Murray 3rd Ward, 4600 Brown Street, Monday, March 25, 1996, 12 noon. Viewing one hour prior to services. Interment, Murray City Cemetery.
