Mrs. S. C. Brandon, Sr., 64, died Thursday at her home in Wilson, following an illness of several months. Services were conducted Friday at the Wilson Methodist Church by Rev. Sam Watson, pastor. Burial was in Ermen Cemetery in Osceola. Born and Murfreesboro, Tenn., Mrs. Brandon moved with her family to Wilson in 1909 where she has since resided. She was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John Charles Cullom.
Mrs. Brandon was a graduate of Ward-Belmont college, Nashville, and a past president of the {?} Co-Operative club and was a member of the Methodist Church. She is survived by her husband, S. C. Brandon, Jr., of Memphis, a brother, Joe R. Cullom, of Wilson; and a granddaughter, Miss Grace Brandon of Memphis.
Pallbearers were Joe Cullom Jr., {?} Collum, H. A. Nicholson, {?} Coleman of Memphis, Dr. E. Fairley and Don Fletcher of Joiner.
