Dies at Daughter's Home
in Narragansett Pier
Mrs. Sarah M. Bosworth, 77, widow of Willard E. Bosworth, for many years a resident of this city, died at 1:30 Tuesday morning at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Emmie (Bosworth) Browning, Narragansett Pier, R.I. She had been ill about a week.
Mrs. Bosworth, whose residence was 1194 Rockdale Avenue, went to spend the winter with her daughter last autumn.
Mrs. Bosworth was born in Foxborough, grew up in Mansfield, and when a girl of 18 came to New Bedford to make her home. She married Willard E. Bosworth, who died two years ago. While here, she had attended Rockdale Chapel.
She is survived by her daughter Emmie A. Browning; a son, John N. Bosworth of New York; and 13 grandchildren.
