Romney, February 10 - Mrs. Florida (Loft) Leaming, 40 postmistress here from 1936 to 1941, died this morning at 3:30 o'clock at her home after an eight-months' illness. Native of Stockwell, she married Harry C. Leaming, on February 24, 1940. He survives with a sister, Mrs. Frank Perkins, and three brothers: William Loft, Christopher Loft and Richard Loft. Mrs. Leaming was a member of O.E.S. lodge and Methodist church here. Funeral services from the family home Rev. James Reeder officiating: interment in Salem cemetery near Stockwell.
