Lillian was born, raised, and educated in Queens, NY. Her first job was with Macy’s in NYC. She and her husband first started their family in NY before moving to NJ and later moved to Willow Grove, PA in 1955 where she was a longtime resident and member of the Willow Grove United Methodist Church. While raising her children, she was a Crossing Guard for Upper Moreland Township for 18 years where she had covered the corner of York Road and Fairhill Street.
Relatives and friends are invited to her visitation on Tuesday, March 15, 2016 from 10:00 A.M. and funeral service at 11:00 A.M. at Wetzel and Son Funeral Home, 501 Easton Road, Willow Grove, PA 19090. Her graveside service will follow at Whitemarsh Memorial Park, 1169 Limekiln Pike, Prospectville, PA 19002.
Religious services will be conducted by Rev. Lorelei Toombs from Willow Grove United Methodist Church, 34 North York Road, Willow Grove, PA 19090
