She was born in Fall River, daughter of the late Alexander and Albertine (Chabot) Paradis. She was a 1945 graduate of Faulkner Hospital School of Nursing. She had been a night supervisor for various hospitals and nursing homes. Grace was very dedicated to her profession. She was a member of St. John Neumann Church, East Freetown. She was a member of the Cape Cod Doll Club, and the Crewel Embroidery Guild. She enjoyed traveling with her husband to many areas of the world. She was an avid piano player, playing daily. Her greatest joy was spending time with her family, especially the children.
Visiting hours will be held on Friday October 24th from 6-8 PM in the Ashley Funeral Home, 35 Oak St Middleboro. A prayer service will be held on Saturday October 25th in the funeral home at 11 AM. Burial will take place in White Cemetery, East Freetown. Donations to the Alzheimer’s Association, 473 South Street W #13, Raynham, Massachusetts 02767.
