Beverly I. Bloechl, age 87, of Oshkosh, died Saturday, September 2, 2017, at Aurora Medical Center in Oshkosh. She was born on November 23, 1929, in Oshkosh, the daughter of Elmer and Ormie Cowling Rand. Bev married Donald Bloechl and he preceded her in death on May 8, 2001.

Employed as a bookkeeper for an area Oshkosh physician- Dr. Monday. Bev was a member of Our Savior Lutheran Church, Oshkosh Kennel Club, Oshkosh Humane Society, and Oshkosh Foundation. A graduate of Oshkosh High School, she was a cheerleader and a member of the Synchronized Swim Team. Bev was also a member of the Women's Auxiliary of the Oshkosh Police Department and Committee Member for her high school reunions.

Survivors include a daughter, Jennifer (Thomas Churchill) Stewart of Eden Prairie, Minnesota; a son, LTC Timothy Bloechl (U.S. Army, Retired), of Winnabow, North Carolina; four grandchildren, Zachary Stewart, Jacqueline Stewart, John Bloechl, and Ali Jo Bloechl; numerous nieces and nephews; close friends, Delores and Charles Wickman and Gunther and Mary Engelmann, both of Oshkosh. Preceding Bev in death is her husband, a son, Thomas George Bloechl, and six siblings, Willard Rand, James Rand, Virginia Retzer, Mary Jane Wilson, Joan Steuck, and Shirley Durkee.

A Memorial Gathering will be held at a later date.
