Mrs. Cohen, the wife of Harold Mark Cohen was born in Washington County, KY. The daughter of the late Benedict Francis and Mary Elizabeth Merritt Simms. She is survived by her husband, her children, Ellen Phillips of Macungie, PA., Elizabeth Merritt Shores, Montomgery, ALA. and The Honorable Benedict Simms Cohen of Washington, D.C. and her granddaughter, Katherine Rebecca Shores.
