Port Huron Joan Yvonne Barth, 76, died Saturday, September 3, 2011. She was born June 29, 1935 in Port Huron to the late E. Albert and Estella Williams. She married Albert E. Barth on April 16, 1960.
Mrs. Barth was employed for many years in banking. She was a longtime member of Faith Lutheran Church and will be fondly remembered as a very caring person.
She is survived by her husband of 51 years, Albert; and her cousin, Kay Fairman and Kay's sons, Craig and Scott Fairman.
She was preceded in death by her daughter, Bethany, in 1993; and a sister, Dona Williams.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, September 7, 2011 in Faith Lutheran Church. The Reverend C. J. Ransdell of Faith Lutheran Church will officiate. Burial will be in Lakeside Cemetery, Port Huron.
