Audrey S. Cropsey, 83, De Pere, died Sunday, Dec. 13, 2009. She was born Aug. 4, 1926, to the late August and Leona (Harmmer) De Wilde in Green Bay.

On June 29, 1946, she married Jean "Bobo" Cropsey in Green Bay; he preceded her in death Aug. 23, 1998.

Survivors include her children, Linda (Peter) Baeten, Debi (Terry) Schleis and Mike (Michelle) Cropsey, all of Green Bay; seven grandchildren, Shawn Baeten, Kelly (Aaron) Mura, Stephanie Kyles, Chris Kyles, Nic (Alicia) Schleis, Kyle Cropsey and Kevin Cropsey; four great-grandchildren; and one brother, Darrell De Wilde.

In addition to her parents and husband, Jean "Gene," she was preceded in death by two brothers, Wendel De Wilde and Ervin Harmmer and four sisters, Germaine Hyde, Beverly Zepnick, Shirley Golden and Darlene Sievers.

Friends may call from 4 to 7 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 16, at Lyndahl Funeral Home. Visitation will continue after 10 a.m. Thursday at the funeral home where the funeral service will take place at 11 a.m. Entombment will be at Fort Howard Memorial Park. The family would like to extend a special thanks to the staff at Birch Creek where mom spent her last days. They showed great love and respect and became her second family.
