INFANT MAURY LYNN ABBE-RITES TO BE HELD SUNDAY
Pilot Point-Funeral services will be held Sunday at 3 p.m. for Maury Lynn Abbe, infant son of Lee and Margie Abbe of Pilot Point. The child's father is with the Navy in Korea and will not be able to arrive in time for the funeral.
The Rev. M. A. Smith, pastor of the Calvary Baptist Church will conduct the service. Asssisting will be the Rev. J. I. Clinton of Denton. Burial will be in the Masonic Cemetery, directed by Beck Funeral Home.
Arrangements have been made by the American Red Cross for Mr. Abbe to attend the bedside of his wife who is seriously ill at the Pilot Point Hospital. He is expected to arrive Tuesday or Wednesday.
The child was born Friday at 7:55 p.m. and died Saturday at 2:15 a.m.
The mother is the former Margie Nell Hall of Pilot Point.
Survivors are the parents; the maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. George Hall of Pilot Pointand the paternal grandparents Mr. and Mrs. W. R. Abbe of Gainesville; great-grandmothers, Nora Gurley of Pilot Point and Myrtle Foster of Gainesville, and several aunts and uncles.
Memoriam-But Jesus called them unto him, and said, Suffer little children to come unto me, and forbid them not; for of such is the kingdom of God.
