Addie was the third of seven children born to James Henry and Rosanna Matilda (Martin) Brown.
She married Morris Herman Frame in 1872 and they were the parents of two children: Adrain and Ethel Maude.

MRS. FRAME DIED
HERE ON SUNDAY

Mrs. Addie May Frame, a life long resident of Lee county, passed away at the home of her daughter Mrs. Ethel Miller, 115 North First street, at 3:45 o'clock Sunday afternoon. Mrs. Frame had been ailing for several years, but had only been confined to her bed for the last three weeks. Death was the result of a nervous breakdown.
Mrs. Frame's maiden was Addie May Brown and she was born in Keokuk on February 16, 1855, being in her sixty-second year. She had lived at New Boston fifteen years and near Mooar seven. During the last seven years she had been a resident of Keokuk and since the death of her husband two and one-half years ago, had made her home with her daughter, Mrs. Miller.
Her marriage to Morris H. Frame occurred at Ambrosia, Iowa, on September 4, 1872. Mr. Frame died on April 28, 1914.
Two children survive, Adrian Frame of Fairfield and Mrs. Ethel Miller of Keokuk. There are also five grandchildren and two sisters, Mrs. Ella Thomas, Keokuk, and Mrs. Mabel Kite, New Boston.
Mrs. Frame was a member of the Methodist church.
The funeral is to be held from the home, 11 North First street on Tuesday afternoon at 2:00 o'clock.
