Michael James Poehling, age 41, passed away on June 3, 2001. He was the loving husband of Jan and devoted dad to Tommy and Becky. He is survived by his parents, Bill and Mary Poehling of Tulsa, OK; brother, Bob of Overland, KS; sisters, Margaret Brown of Olathe, KS and Anne Weyler of Columbus, MO; 7 nieces and nephews; and 3 aunts and uncles. Mike was an 11-year employee of USAA in assignments of increasing ability. Mike loved fishing, hunting, bird watching, softball and a good Elton John song. His faith was strong and he loved the Lord with all his heart. The family will receive friends Wednesday evening from 6:00 – 9:00 p.m. at Porter Loring Mortuary North.
