Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. today in Bonham Brother's chapel for Mrs. Martha Ellen Downey, 60, of 529 Forty-second st. who died Saturday in a local hospital. Burial will be in Greenwood Memorial Park. Mrs. Downey had lived here 24 yrs. Surviving are her widower, William L. Downey; 2 daughters, Mrs. Helen Hansen of San Diego, and Mrs. Elma McCleery of Klamath Falls, Ore; 2 sons, William Harold, U.S.A. and Gerald Downey, U.S.M.C. and a brother, Elmer H. Mitchell of San Diego.
