Cause of death: Complications after appendix surgery!

NOTE: My grandmother, Leonore Steinfeldt (1913-2002), which was Glen's step daughter, revealed that she was his nurse and he had an after death experience just before he died. He was seeing people who had passed away months and even years before. My grandmother loved him so much and never forgot Glen's experience.
