Mrs. Vera E. Morris, 80, of 170 W. North died at 6:32 am yesturday at Cottage Hospital.

Services will be at 11:00 am tomorrow Hinchliff-Pearson-West Chapel. Dr. Kermit Petersen will officiate and burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 7 to 9 tonight at the chapel.

She was born in Clinton, Iowa, Jan. 11, 1894, the daughter of Thomas and Ella. McConnell McCoy. She married Leonard McCaw on July 20, 1912. He died in 1913. She then married Glen Morris on July 19, 1917. He died in 1934.

Surviving are one son, Warren Morris of Galesburg; one daughter, Mrs. Leonore Steinfeldt of Peoria; three grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.

Mrs. Morris was employed for 37 years at the former Kellogg-Drake and Company, Galesburg. She was a member of United Presbyterian Church and former member of Business and Professional Women.

Memorials may be made to First United Presbyterian Church of Galesburg.
