She was born on on July 13, 1918, in New Douglas, the daughter of the late Henry and Flossie Johnson Lienemann.
She married Raymond Luber on May 3, 1942, in St. Louis. He survives.
Also surviving are two daughters: Patricia Gower and husband, Michael of Edwardsville, and Lucille Mueller and husband, John of Odin; four grandchildren: Brandn and Alaina Whittaker, Stephen Gower and Cathy Knebel; a brother: Henry Lienemann and wife, Augusta of Highland; and a sister: Clara Henkhaus and husband, Roy of Hamel.
Mrs. Luber was a retired retail clerk and worked at Leu's IGA in Edwardsville. Her memberships included St. Boniface Catholic Church in Edwardsville and the Retail Clerk's Union.
Visitation will be from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 28, at Weber Funeral Home in Edwardsville.
Funeral services will begin at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 29, at St. Boniface Catholic Church with Fr. John Corredato, pastor, officiating.
Interment will be at St. Boniface Cemetery in Edwardsville.
Memorials are suggested to the Masses, St. Boniface Building Fund or the charity of donor's choice.
