Hello, I am writing (from France) to inform you that the birth name of Marie Zoé Stephenson was ESCALLE and not D'Escalle. She was my great aunt born in France and emigrated to the USA in 1910.
Thank you to rectify if you can.

|Christie Shellito||Clara Z Purkapile|
Good day Judy. Some time ago you found the grave site for me on Clara Z Purkapile. I need you to add something for me to her site. Clara Is not buried there. She was a ward of the Oregon State Hospital in Salem, Oregon and when she passed in 1961, her ashes were NEVER claimed. I just found this out and we are trying to claim her ashes now and get her out of there and try to send her home to Kansas to be with her family. And if you know of anyone who might help us to see who we might send her ashes to Kansas, and to help them get put with her family and headstone it would be great. WE will pay for any cost that might come about. She is what they call a lost sole and it just ripped my heart out when I found this out.

|Becca||Sidney Hugh Shaw Memorial #15301097|
You added this memorial in 2006. My uncle, Sidney Shaw, is the son of Sidney Hugh Shaw. Uncle Sidney was born in 1937 and was just a baby when his dad was killed in 1938 in an accident while he was working on a bridge in Jackson, Mississippi. Sidney Hugh Shaw was married to Evelyn Lewis Shaw Rosson at the time of his death.

|Cecellia M Rogers||Lena and (Harry) Earl Elliott|
I've requested changes to the place of death for Lena and Earl. Earl's obit says he "passed away at 3 A.M. Thursday morning, June 11, 1981 at his home, 603 N. Forest, Chanute, Kansas." On the other hand, Lena's death is recorded in the Oregon death index. That's where their daughter, Beulabel, was living, so it's likely Lena went out there after Earl passed. (Lena was my dad's first cousin.)

Judy - Thanks for letting me know. Kinda weird, though, that you can't control what's on your memorial page. Anyway, the info is correct, and that's the main thing.
Cheers! - Janet

|jograndma||RE: George Walz|
The only clues I have are....she would have been 45 yo...not unheard of though and 1900 Montgomery County MO Census Mom lists having 7 children 6 living. The dates of 3-31-1894 - 4-12-1896 are from the Montgomery County Cemetery listing... Would not wager it is correct as they have my mother buried in two cemeteries. Making a note in bio would satisfy me if it is okay with you. Thanks for your time and hard work. Jo Ann Hunter Gippner

Judy, I am certain that the parents of Ruth Mae Wright were not Foos. She was the daughter of Joel Lee Littleton Allen and his wife Fannie Palmer. Thank you.

|jmitch04||Leroy Collins, fag 30071761|
I am researching Roy Collins, who I believe to be the father of Leroy. Leroy's memorial includes an exact month and day of his death, even though it is not shown on his grave marker. Do you still have source information from which you obtained the death date? Any help is appreciated. My contact emails are Mitchel@pgtc.com or email@example.com.
