|J. Edward Ross||Photo on incorrect memorial|
Please remove the photo you uploaded to Vincent "D" Trezza'a memorial(127806331).
It belongs on the memorial for Vincent "F" Trezza (72361675).
I declined the edit you requested for the same reason. I've changed the correct memorial.

|richard v.||Two Grave Photos|
I am Find A Grave member #48086776. Approximately three years ago, I had requested two grave photos of #123103310 and #97330592 (they are side by side). Both are interred in the "Moscow Benevolent Society" section of Mount Judah Cemetery in Brooklyn NY, Block P, Graves @232 and #233. Although my request is still open, I thought it possible that there is an error. I realize the weather is against you, but would appreciate when it improves and you have the free time to do so, would you kindly take a photo of them? Thank you very much.

Hi John, I want to thank you for putting a picture of the cemetery for my dad John Prudente.
Means a lot to me. 😀
This Find A Grave is my uncle. Would appreciate a transfer to I can attach him to his family.

It may well be that you chose not to specify the location of his crypt, but it is in the Van Cortland Community Mausoleum, inside the cemetery near the corner of Jerome Avenue and East 233 Street. Or anyway, that's what I discovered at this website, which seems reliable: http://stephenesherman.com/robert-moses-gravesite/
|IZ||Photo of Mt. Carmel Cemetery Gate|
Your photo of the the entrance to "New" Mt. Carmel is one of my favorites. A lot has happened at Mt. Carmel in the 10 years since you snapped that picture. The beautiful red-brick office that can be seen in the background has been demolished and the land has been converted to burial grounds. All Mt. Carmel business is centralized in the "Old" Mt. Carmel Cemetery office and I can't really blame them for putting the land to good use, but the loss of the architecture is disturbing.
The problem is that Mt. Carmel manages some other cemeteries in the area (I don't think they own them, they just maintain them) and they have demolished the stunning office at Machpelah Cemetery (Houdini is buried there) and I fear that the Mount Neboh office is next. God forbid they demolish the office at the Hungarian grounds (which they actually do own). It is a magnificent example of architecture from days gone by.
You might want to post an updated photo of the Mt. Carmel gates, people should see what has been done and let Mt. Carmel know that we should be preserving the past, not destroying it.

|OnlyYouFryczek||sorry, correcting a typo|
I'm sorry, I misspelled your name as Charella instead of Chiarella. It was a typo.
Dear Mr. Charella,
I just created the Find a Grave memorial for my father a few days ago. I don't have many photos of him (and don't know how to upload them, in any event) and so I thought his memorial would look rather barren.
I was so surprised when I completed it to see a photo of the cemetery where he reposes!
I just want to thank you for your amazing kindness and generosity in providing these pictures for us. It means a lot.
Thank you very, very much.
