Born in Munich Germany in 1929. She went to school to become a seamstress. She was a very talented seamstress and even made her own wedding dress out of scraps of material because after the WWII fabric was hard and expensive to come by. In 1945 at the age of 18 she met and married Donald. Speaking no English she followed him to the US. She had four children Tina, Pat, Laureen and Tim.
