MOTHER OF MRS. C. BRANDT DIES
Mrs. Helena Bolz, widow of Nicholas Bolz, Sheboygan, a mother of Mrs. C.A. Brandt of this city, died Friday noon at the home of her daughter, Mrs. John Hammes in Sheboygan after a two months' illness.
Mrs. Bolz, nee Helena Schuette, daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Karl Schuette, was born on a farm in the Town of Kossuth, May 3, 1859. She was married to Nicholas Bolz in 1877. For ten years after the marriage, the family made their home at St. Anna, Sheboygan County and later moved to Sheboygan where they since resided. Mr. Bolz died in 1924. The deceased is survived by five daughters, Mrs. Fred Hermann, Mrs. Johnn Hammes, Mrs. Arthur Gerlat and Mrs. Fred Fesing, all of Sheboygan and Mrs. C.A. Brandt of this city; three sons, Joseph, Milwaukee; Emil, Sheboygan and William of Norman, Kewaunee county; a sister, Mrs. Henry Deforth of Thorpe and a brother, Charles Schuette of Sheboygan. The funeral was held Monday afternoon in Sheboygan.
