MRS. HELENA BAMBERG IS FOUND DEAD IN BED.
Oldest Member of Ladies' Aid Society of Salem Reformed Church in Louisville.
Mrs. Helena Bamberg, 81 years of age, wife of William Bamberg, was found dead in bed at her home, 1708 Gallagher street, early yesterday morning. Her death was due to heart disease, and is believed to have occurred several hours before the discovery was made. She had suffered from cardiac asthma for several years.
Mrs. Bamberg was born in Germany, but had lived in Louisville for many years. She was devoted to church and charitable work, and was the oldest member of the Ladies' Aid Society of the Salem Reformed church.
She is survived by her husband and four children, Mrs. John Heck and Mrs. Augustus Zillman, Mrs. Andrew Richard and William Bamberg of Chicago. She also leaves nine grandchildren and five great grandchildren…. Burial will be in Cave Hill Cemetery.
