MRS. EMMA SUMMERS, widow of the late Simon G. Summers, died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Sherman Wolf, Benevola, on Saturday evening at 7 o'clock, from dropsy, after an illness of two weeks. She was aged 81 years.
Mrs. Summers had been a member of the Lutheran church for the past forty years.
The following children survive: Eugene, Zittlestown; Ezra, Boonsboro; Mrs. Mary Moser, near Williamsport; Mrs. Louise Martz, in Montana; Mrs. John Flook, Myersville; and Mrs. Sherman Wolf, Benevola.
Funeral this morning.
Interment in the Boonsboro Cemetery.
