Mrs. Elizabeth M. Dinklocker
Waterbury -- Elizabeth M. (Avellino) Dinklocker, 70, of 33 Meadowlark Drive, Waterbury, wife of Harry Dinklocker, died Tuesday at Waterbury Hospital after a brief illness.
Mrs. Dinklocker was born May 28, 1927 in Kulpmont, PA, daughter of the late James and Carrie (Pittello) Avellino. She had lived most of her life in Waterbury. She was a communicant of Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church.
Besides her husband of Waterbury, she leaves three sons, Robert Dinklocker of Waterbury, Scott Dinklocker of Naugatuck, and Mark Dinklocker of Waterbury; a daughter, Dianne Chasse of Oakville, CT; a brother, Joseph Avellino of Philadelphia, PA; a sister, Mary Reese of Pennsylvania; six grandchildren and severaly nieces and nephews.
The funeral will be held on Thursday at 8 pm at the Fitzgerald-Zembruski-Mengacci Funeral Home, 240 North Main Street, Naugatuck. Burial will be at the convenience of the family in New Pine Grove Cemetery, Waterbury. Calling hours will be held on Thursday evengin from 6 to 8 pm at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, 2024 East Main Street, Waterbury 06705.
