Minerva's parents were James Anderson(1796-1860) and Margaret (Maggie) Willis (1793-1880).
They lived in Washington County, Ohio and Woods County, West Virginia.
Minerva never married and had no children. She and her brother, Grovenor Anderson (1837-1902), were visiting Grovenor's children in LeRoy when Grovenor died. She remained with the family and died a few years later. She had another brother, Cyrenus Lynwood Anderson, (1831-1897} who died in Wood Co. WV and a sister, Elizabeth, who married David Hall and lived in the Wood Co. WV area.
