Edward Gross
Died: April 12, 1959
Edward Gross, formerly of Pottsville, died Sunday afternoon at Schuylkill County Hospital, Schuylkill Haven, where he had been a patient for 10 years.
A native of Pottsville, Mr.Gross was a son of the late Frederick and Mary Lena Heckler Gross. He was employed as a carpenter by the old Reading Coal and Iron Company, until his retirement.
Mr. Gross was the last member of his family. Surviving are several nieces and nephews.
Funeral Wednesday afternoon from Hall Funeral Home, Pottsville. Rev. Maynard C. Hallock, pastor of Trinity Lutheran Church, Pottsville, will officiate.
Interment will be made in I.O.O.F.Cemetery, Pottsville.
