The Tomahawk Leader-Thursday, Jan 15, 1976 pg 7 Funeral services were held at 11 a.m. Tuesday in St Mary's Catholic church, Tomahawk, for G Arthur Dewing, 78, of 118 Railroad street, who died Sunday morning in Sacred Heart hospital.
The Rev Edward Powell officiated and burial was in Calvary cemetery. The parish rosasry was recited at Krueger and Son funeral home Monday evening.
Mr Dewing was employed by the Tomahawk Chevrolet Garage for 51 years before retirement. He was born Aug 3, 1897 in Tomahawk to Mr and Mrs Clifton Dewing and was married June 29, 1918 in Mason City, Iowa, to Etta Horton.
He is survived by his wife and a brother, Earl, Oshkosh.
Pallbearers were Edward Lajza, Arthur Theiler, John L Smith, Francis Dewing, Richard Dewing and Robert Dewing
