HORACE LADD
Service for Horace Ladd, 82, who died Saturday following a traffic accident, will be Wednesday at 1 p.m. at Peake Memorial Chapel. He was a resident of 8845 SE 28th Ave., Milwaukie.
Mr. Ladd was born Jan. 16, 1882, at Brookings, S.D., and came to Milwaukie in 1944. He was a retired farmer.
Survivors include three sisters, Mrs. Amy L. Preston and Mrs. Bessy A. Wheaton, both of Milwaukie; and Mrs. Mary Kochenclerfer, Mass.; and a brother, Leonard L., Brookings, S.D.
Burial will be in Riverview Cemetery, Portland. Any contributions should be in the form of gifts to the American Bible Society.
