OBITUARY :
DAVID H. HAHN, the well known junk dealer, died at his home on Mulberry street at 3:30 o'clock, Monday afternoon, after an illness of over a year, suffering first from pneumonia and later from consumption, aged 60 years, 9 months and eleven days.

"Dave", as he was popularly known in this vicinity and for many miles around, was perhaps one of the best known celebrities in this section. His business as a junk-dealer, in which he engaged for the past 35 years, brought him in contact with nearly every person in this locality.

The news of his death, although expected for some time, will nevertheless bring sorrow to his large number of acquaintances.

Born September 17, 1857, on the corner of Potomac avenue and North street, the son of David and Susan Hahn, he spent his entire life in this place.

He was married in 1882 and to this union these children besides the widow: Howard L. Hahn, at home; Mrs. Motter Thompson and Grover Cleveland Hahn, both of this place.

Mrs. Charlotte Duffy, a sister, also survives him.

Mr. Hahn was a member of the First United Brethren church of this place.

Funeral services will be held Thursday afternoon at 2 o'clock in the First Brethren church by the Rev. C. C. Miller.

Interment in Green Hill Cemetery.
