He was born on September 12, 1918 passed away in 1978 and is buried in St. Peters Cemetery in Riverside. They had a daughter Patricia Ryan.

The bride who was given in marriage by her uncle, John Armstrong, of Bridgeboro, was attended by Miss Ayn Ryan, sister of the bridegroom, as maid of honor, and her only attendant, while Joseph P. Ryan, was best man for his brother. Following the ceremony a reception was held at the home of the bride's parents, for immediate members of the family.
