Richard V. Coyer, 67, of Oswego, died Thursday. Surviving are his wife, the former Barbara Sanford; son, Christopher Coyer; and sister, Barbara Caraccioli. A memorial Mass will be celebrated 11 a.m. Thursday in St. Mary's Church. Calling Hours: 4 to 7 p.m. Wednesday at Dowdle Funeral Home. www.dowdlefuneralhome.com
