Robert "Bob" Tallent age 71 of Bushnell, IL passed away at 5:00 P.M. Friday December 28, 2012 at his residence. He was born on November 1, 1941 in Marietta, IL to Roy W. and Leatha F. Paul Tallent. He married Janet Ault in Bushnell, IL on September 10, 1961. Bob is survived by 3 Daughters – Sue Ellen Tallent, Rhonda Kay (Todd) Tallent-Carnes both of Milan, IL and Tonya Ann (Daren) Tallent-Osborn of Quincy, IL., seven Grandchildren - Danielle and Aaron Berry, Dayton Yates, Eric and Alex Christensen, Karen and Katie Hinman and one Great Granddaughter – Ayden Berry. Bob is also survived by 1 Brother – Larry (Nancy) Tallent of McLean, IL, 1 Sister – Anna Winchell (Dave Burton) of Bushnell, IL, 2 Nieces and 2 Nephews, and 5 Great Nieces and Nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, 1 Sister (Sandra) and 1 Great Grandson. Bob enjoyed fishing, woodworking, gardening and canning and spending time with family and friends. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M. Wednesday January 2, 2013 at the Bushnell United Methodist Church. Visitation will be held from 4 – 8 P.M. Tuesday January 1, 2013 at the Martin-Hollis Funeral Home in Bushnell, IL. Burial will be in the Bushnell Cemetery.
