Born in the former Czechoslovakia, Philip Musil was a retired farmer who had lived in Canada and in BC for 55 years when he died after eleven days in St. Vincent's Hospital in Vancouver. His residence was listed as Natal. He was the son of John Musil, and married to Elizabeth Firstl. The informant was his son Leonard Musil of Natal.
