Funeral Services for Bertha Ellen Cox were conducted Tuesday at the Assembly of God Church in Broken Arrow.
She was born Dec. 10, 1901, in Lexington, Indian Territory to John H. and Georgeanne Sasser.
She died Aug. 21 at her home in Bixby.
The Rev. Bob Holden of Sapulpa and Rev. L.D. Moore of Moore officiated.
Surviving five sons, Rudolph Cox of Las Vegas, Nev., Ronald Cox of Mentone, Cal.;
Rev. Ralph Cox of Broken Arrow, Bill Cox Jr. of Bixby and Enoch Cox of Skiatook;
one daughter, Mrs. Loretta Hale of Bixby;
brother, Cecil Sasser of Bedford, Ind.,
sister, Mrs. Nannie Perry of Fairfield, Ohio.
Burial was in the Floral Haven Cemetery under the direction of Kennard Funeral Home of Broken Arrow.
