She was a daughter of the late Charles E. and Martha R. Yingling Hartlaub.
Mrs. Collins was a homemaker. She was a member of St. Aloysius Catholic Church, Littlestown.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Leo T. Collins, who departed this life January 31, 1991, and is survived by two sons, Donald K. Collins of Littlestown and Ralph E. Collins of Hanover; one daughter, Jane M. DeGroft of Taneytown, MD; four grandchildren, and eight great-grandchildren.
