Surviving are nine children, Dorothy Rodenhaber , Oneda Rohrer, , Carroll Bechtel, Goldie Shultz , Rita Ault, Pauline McSherry, Robert Ruth Jr., Donald Ruth, and Fred Ruth. Also 33 grandchildren, 61 great-grandchildren, one great-great-grandchild; one brother, Gerald Hartlaub ; two sisters, Bertha Krug and Theresa Collins.
