Mrs. Henry C. Behnke, 46, passed away Thursday noon at her home in the town of Cato, Manitowoc County, following a lingering illness.

Born July 24, 1906, in the town of Rockland, Manitowoc county, nee Esther Reimer, she was married Dec. 4, 1924, to Henry Behnke.

Survivors are her husband: five daughters and three sons, Mrs. Emil Carstens, Mrs. Carl Preston and Willard of Route 5, Manitowoc; Doris, Delores, Beverly, Harold and Henry Jr., at home; two brothers Arthur and Marvin of Route 4, Chilton, and a sister, Mrs. Dorothy Braun of Route 2, Cato; four grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at the Trinity Lutheran Church in the town of Liberty with the Rev. S. Kugler officiating. Burial will be made in the Brillion City Cemetery.
