She had three brothers including William Dimock Nott, who removed with his family to from Hamden to Cleveland, OH in 1833. I am still looking for their younger brothers Oliver and John.
Elizabeth married James Burbridge on Aug 7, 1808 in Middletown. He was a Captain during the War of 1812. My great-grandmother left notes behind from reading a journal written by James Burbidge. It indicated that they had 7 children:
A stillborn child born in Rocky Hill in 1809.
John William Burbidge born 1810 married Elizabeth Riggs and removed to Walterboro, South Carolina
Tediom Charles born 1811 died as a child.
Clarissa Elizabeth 1813-1892 never married (but I have her baby booties!) - Found record that she is buried here also (October 2013)
Stillborn born in 1818
Charles Henry Burbidge Sr married Elizabeth Taylor Foster (he is buried here with his parents; she is buried with a daughter in Haddam)
James FitzEdwards Burbidge (buried here with his parents)
