Alma Bunch, 73, of Fort Oglethorpe, GA passed away Wednesday, January 16, 2013.

She was a member of Memorial Baptist Tabernacle, retired from Mohawk Industries and was one of twelve children. She loved creating make-shift inventions, sewing, picnics, traveling, playing cards, telling stories and making people laugh.

She was preceded in death by her husband, James Wilford Bunch, Sr., son, Jimmy Bunch, parents, Evy and Mary Viola Sadler, several brothers, a sister and one step-child.

Survivors include three daughters, Carol (Andy) Stevens, Cindy (Dennis) Alexander and Becky (Casey) Parker, three step-children, three brothers, two sisters, five grandchildren, six great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Condolences may be sent to www.lane-southcrestchapel.com

Funeral services will be held on Monday, January 21, 2013 at 12:00 p.m. in the South Crest Chapel of Lane Funeral Home with Pastor Samuel Riggs officiating. Burial will follow at Tennessee-Georgia Memorial Gardens.

The family will receive friends on Sunday from 3 p.m. until 8 p.m. in the funeral home.

Arrangements by the South Crest Chapel of Lane Funeral Home and Crematory located at the end of Historic Missionary Ridge, Rossville.
