Miss Margaret C. Davis, 57, secretary-treasurer and director of Ramsay Signs, Inc., died Thursday at a local hospital following a three-month illness. She resided at 2634 N.E. Buxton street. Funeral services ill be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Colonial Mortuary with vault entombment at Riverview cemetery mausoleum.

Miss Davis was born April 2, 1895, at Logan, Utah. She came to Portland 25 years ago after spending her early life in Baker.

She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.

Survivors include her parents, Mr. and Mrs. David W. Davis, Baker; sister, Mary Adilene Thomas, Portland; brothers, William R., Milwaukie; Owen L., Los Angeles; John W, and Homer C., both of Portland.
