Mrs. Jake Wick, nee Elizabeth Kobriger, passed away at St. Agnes hospital, Fond du Lac, Tuesday. She was taken ill suddenly Friday evening and was rushed to the hospital for an operation when her condition became acute.

Mrs. Wick was born in Charlesburg May 19, 1864. On Nov. 8, 1885 she was united in marriage to Jake Wick at Charlesburg. To their union three children were born. One son died in infancy.

Survivors are the husband, at home, two daughters, Mrs. Jake Walber, New Holstein; Mrs. Art Reimer, Cleveland; five grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.

The body will lie in state at the Erbe-Hoffmann Funeral Home until Friday morning when the funeral services will be held at St. Mary Church.
