Funeral services for Mrs. Tom Allsup, 46, who died in her home in Junction after a year's illness, were held Friday at 4 p.m. Burial was in the family plot in the Wooten Cemetery. Mrs. Allsup had been critically ill in her home for weeks. She was born in Comanche Co, a daughter of Robert Tomberlin and Maggie Sweeton, and came to Kimble at the age of 15. She was married to Mr. Allsup on August 31, 1947 and he survives. Other survivors are her daughter Jimmie Lee Thomas and her father Robert Tomberlin of Mason, TX.
