Thomas Andrew Allsup, 77 died Monday, March 23 in Kimble Hospital. He was a son of Andrew H. Allsup and Maggie (Vest) Allsup. He married Viola Tomberlin on Aug 31, 1947 and she preceded him in death July 1951. He married (2) Emma Van Hooser, daughter of Silvester Van Hooser and Ellen Barnes, she was born 10 Mar 1890 and preceded him in death on 7 Jun 1978. He is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Jimmie Lee Bottern of Key Largo, FL; two brothers, Robert Allsup and H. C. (Lum) Allsup, both of Junction; a sister, Mrs. Matt Burt of Junction; two grandchildren and one great grandchild.
